Raquel & Raedden
Some stories take time to find their rhythm. Raquel and Raedden had known each other for years
—part of the same friend circle back in Chicago—but it wasn’t until later that everything clicked. A
quiet spark became a deep connection, and soon they were inseparable. Now based in San
Francisco (along with their Shiba Inu, Finn), they brought their love story full circle in Aruba.
Two years to the day after getting engaged on the island—on a beach where Raedden sang and
played guitar before proposing—they returned for their wedding. The setting? A beachfront
ceremony at the Aruba Marriott, complete with golden light, swaying palms, and heartfelt vows
they wrote themselves.

Raquel wore a timeless strapless gown with a dramatic train, while Raedden’s elegant lace dress
featured a plunging neckline and delicate embroidery. Their ceremony backdrop was a golden ring
arch adorned with roses and soft pampas grass, all set against the open Caribbean sea.

And the energy? Pure joy. These two are all heart, full of movement and music (especially
bachata), and so easy to love. The celebration was intimate and vibrant—just like them.
We had the joy of capturing both photo and video for Raquel and Raedden’s wedding, and every
moment was a reminder: love looks good in every form, and it deserves to shine.
Here’s to dancing to your own beat—and finding someone who matches your rhythm.
